For over 20 years, designing events with the focus on creating an experience that is unique as each of my clients has been my motivation and passion. Since rebranding from Kelly Boilla Designs to bloom & gather in the twilight of the COVID-19 pandemic, I have been consulting and serving CT and the surrounding area with my floral and event creative expertise, and incorporating my style of personalized experience to help bring the event of your dreams to life. We have no event minimum and work with all budgets to accommodate your needs. You can rest assured that we put our all into making your special occasion memorable!
